Terms And Conditions
1. The person who makes the booking accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible for all payments due by the party. By making a booking you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and you have read these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them, also that you are acting with the consent of the party you are making the booking for.
2. We take no responsibility for matters beyond our control, i.e. war, civil unrest, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, bad weather conditions and other circumstances which neither we nor the villa owners could foresee or avoid even with all due care.
3. The visitor is responsible for any damages or breakages that occur, all incidents must be reported to the villa owner and the required compensation to be paid locally. At the time of final payment, a security deposit of 100euros will be taken, on inspection of the villa before departure, this will be returned if no damages are found.
4. With each reservation a DEPOSIT of 25% is required. The deposit paid on booking is not refundable. The final balance of 75% + security deposit is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
5. As of JANUARY 2008 all payments will need to be made in Euros.
6. The owner reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation without being under obligation to assign any reason and will accept no liability in respect of the refusal or cancellation, but shall refund all monies to the visitor in respect of such reservation.
7. Visitors are not permitted to move furniture or equipment without prior agreement of the owner. Equipment must not be moved from the premises for outdoor use.
8. The accommodation is to be occupied by the confirmed party ONLY and no authority is given for others persons to have access or use of the accommodation unless permission is agreed with the owner.
9. We cannot be held responsible for building work in the vicinity of the villas. We will do our utmost to inform guests of forthcoming work.
10. Air- conditioning is not included in the rental price and it’s charged locally per unit on agreement with the visitors at 4.50euros per unit per day.
11. Be aware that excessive use of electricity may overload the electricity lines with a chance of a power cut. A) AIR-CONDITIONING – The visitor and his party must make sure when they leave the villa during their stay, ALL THE UNITS ARE SWITCHED OFF. Ensure that when the air-conditioning units are working that ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS remain closed. B) Lighting – The visitor and his party must ensure that all indoor and outdoor lights around the villa are switched off AT NIGHT BEFORE THEY RETIRE. In addition to keep lights on they will attract unwelcome insects and mosquitoes.
12. Any funds/payments made by International Bank Transfers may incur charges; these charges are to be paid by the booking party not the owners.
13. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended! The use of the accommodation is at the visitors risk and no liability will be accepted by the owner for any loss or damage of belongings, or personal injury or death however incurred.
